Three main categories of business communication

Three main categories of business  communication and they are as follow-

*Internal operational, 
*External operational and
*Personal operational communication.

Internal operational communication -
*Share information within an organization for business purposes.
*It works alongside with the company's overall plan.
*This is done by continuously providing financial data to individual departments.

External operational Communication-
*The communication between a business and another person or entity in the company's external environment.
*This communication also works alongside with the company's overall plan.
*Communication may even be carried over through telephone, radio and the internet.

Personal operational communication -
*The exchange of information and feelings in which we human beings engage whenever we come together or when we just feel like talking to each other.
*It is an unofficial way to access personal attitudes of workers toward the actions and policies of the company.
*This communication may not directly affect the organization's long-term goals, it does affect them indirectly.
